SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM

SACC is currently enrolling for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025School Years.

To Request Services

Families new to the SACC program: Families new to the SACC program can access SACC Registration Online (dynaxys.com) to create an account and submit a request for SACC services for School Year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025.Families will receive an automated response, and a SACC registrar will follow-up within five business days regarding enrollment and/or waitlist status.

Families with existing SACC enrollments and waitlists: Families with a SACC account can login to SACC Registration Online (dynaxys.com) and request to add additional services for a currently enrolled child, and/or to add a new child to the account and request to add services for School Year –2024 or 2024-2025.

Families may also call SACC Registration to request services at 703-449-8989, TTY 711 Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except holidays.

If space is not currently available at your child’s school, you may choose to have your child's name added to the waitlist.

Center Based Paperwork

Child Information for SACC Records Form – In order to best ensure children's health and safety, and to be in compliance with VDOE standards, accurate and up-to-date emergency information for all children enrolled in the SACC program must be on file. The Child Information for SACC Center Records form must be fully completed, signed and reviewed with center staff a minimum of one day before your child's start date. A separate form is required for each child. At the beginning of each school year, families must review the form on file for each child and update any information as needed.
Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form and Certification of Immunization - Families are also required to provide a copy of the Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health form and Immunization Record for each child enrolled.

Pay stubs should be submitted for all adults living in the household who are currently employed. If pay stubs are not provided by the employer, please complete the Employment Verification form. Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility.

Additional supporting documents may be needed based on the application.

• Schedule C
