Krispy Kreme made doughnut lovers happy when it announced it was giving vaccinated customers a free doughnut for the rest of 2021. Following the FDA’s full approval of a COVID-19 vaccine, the shop is making its efforts to support those who get vaccinated even sweeter. Through Sept. 5, every American who has received at least one vaccination can get two free doughnuts – one original glazed and one special heart-shaped doughnut. Doggie Day at Water World
Pet parents can let their furry kids splash around in a big way. Water World is hosting its annual Bow Wow Beach Doggie Day on Sept. 11, and pups of all sizes are invited to the pool party.
Cowabunga Beach and Thunder Bay will be open for dogs to swim, splash and play. Wally World will also be open, especially for pups under 25 pounds. On Sept. 18, for the 17th year, the nationwide cultural event offers free access to hundreds of museums across the country, including 11 in Colorado. Passes are now available.
